Every year, I start with big goals and intentions — but as the months go on, I realize that some of those things aren’t serving me or my students. This February, I’m intentionally letting go of a few things — not because they’re bad ideas, but because they no longer fit the reality of my classroom or my role. Reflection isn’t about perfection. It’s about noticing what’s working, what’s not, and giving yourself permission to adjust. 1️⃣ Letting Go of Trying to Do It All It’s easy to feel like you need to plan every activity, run every centre, and be everywhere at once. But trying to do everything often leads to burnout — for you and your students.
